The User Group is an active and growing group of companies using MFG/PRO, including both IT professionals and end users of MFG/PRO.

We provide a forum for members to share and exchange ideas, information and experiences with MFG/PRO and related products.

The User Group provides the ideal networking environment for MFG/PRO users, enabling users to meet in an informal setting to share experiences.

The User Group plans to hold at least 3 members meetings per year, at which there is an opportunity to contact other users of MFGPRO and related products to get first hand practical experience.

The meetings also include workshops and presentations by users, on topics chosen by users about their own experiences; presentations on products from suppliers and distributors of the software and related products; and presentations from QAD on future direction and other topics of interest. In fact the content of the meetings and workshops are in response to user requests.

The User Group can effectively represent MFGPRO users interests at a senior level within both QAD and Maxima, by providing the members views with a single voice.

The User Group is the preferred forum for product enhancement requests from UK users.

The organisation is a non-profit making body, funded by its members and is financially and operationally independent of suppliers, distributors and QAD.

However both QAD and Maxima have enthusiastically supported the User Group from the beginning, recognising the benefits it brings to them through user meetings, exchanges of views and feedback

It is controlled by an executive committee, consisting of about 10 members companies, with a paid part time secretary who provides administration, accounts, conference organisation and web management services to the User Group and acts as a central reference point for all members.

www.mfgprousers.org.uk is a one stop shop for all products and services that relate to, or interface with MFGPRO. The members only area includes a database of members information to facilitate networking between members.

Member companies pay a nominal annual subscription, currently £200 plus VAT per year. If you are a new user to MFG/PRO your supplier may pay your first years fees.
